It is the first point of contact for people seeking information from WorkSafe and the Board, most commonly on workers rehabilitation and compensation, dangerous goods and long service leave.
Helpline inspectors respond to requests for information immediately wherever possible, while matters requiring further research are directed to other parts of WorkSafe or to the Board.
